To provide real world leadership lessons that can be applied to improve skills and advance careers and foster a community that supports mutual growth.
Vision
Changes that began in the early 2020s have led to new challenges in leadership. With Baby Boomers retiring in high numbers, Millennial and Gen Z leaders are stepping up to the plate. Never before have we seen so many young leaders in such critical positions. This is coupled with a general lack of industry experience and has led to many new leadership challenges. Young men and women find themselves with the drive and motivation, but lack the resources and coaching to take their game to the next level. All American Leader focuses on providing training, coaching, and shared experiences to enhance current leadership skills while also paving a path for new and aspiring leaders.
